091_Page 89Monday. 2.nd August. 1841. A clear morning, quite warm again. We were all disappointed in our ride to the Boat, the carriage did not call for Mr H. he was obliged to remain untill afternoon. After breakfast we thought it too warm to ride. I felt lonely after G. left me, but think it all for the best, on many accounts that we should part some. times. We walked after tea to the village. I do not exercise enough for health, my appetite would be much better, if I walked, or worked more.
