Clear, cool, and pleasant, clouded at night. I was quite sick, and faint at day.break, my medicine operated very effectively. Garret had to bathe me with cologne water, I suffered some pain with a distressing faintness for about an hour, then went to bed, and slept soundly. Arose weak this morning, had no appetite through the day. Catharine, spent the day with me, took Sis to see Isabell, they came home to dinner. She left after dinner. I passed my evening alone. My face quite smooth, and natural to.day, I hope it will continue so.
