A snow.storm, who would have looked for
I sat down to make a new skirt for Julie, to
wear under her velvet tunic. Had a paper of cotton
batting, and one yard [colored] muslin from the
store. Made a new bed and pillows for Julie s
Julie, fell on Louis, and ran her teeth through
her underlip. It was very sore, and her teeth
loosened by the fall.
She cried sadly, and feared to meet her fathers
eye, knowing his penetration would find out the
circumstances of the accident, but I smoothed it
all over without adding to her grief.
