pg 57Saturday. 12.th. March. 1842.

A disagreable, dull day. Wind high and dusty.

I walked out in the morning, and afternoon for health.
Isabella, and Ferdinand took tea with me. They came in unexpectedly, and paid a pleasant visit. I put Julie to bed, and aunt Bell helped.
She brought Sis a “wee little doll.”

Paid one shilling for crimping collars.
One shilling for cake.
My visitors left me early.
