A fine day, not in the least warm.

On comeing down stairs, I found the Dr
had arrived from Marbletown. He looks well,
and finds us all in confusion, but for-
tunately his room was ready for him.
I consulted him about Julie, and he advised
some syrup of Rhubarb, which I gave her.
She has been quite well ever since.
