Wet, and sultry atmosphere.

I was surprised to see another stormy day.
Simon came home from Marbletown, left all well. No note in return for mine, a breach of etiquette in Miss Maria. I must teach her better manners. Two beautifull leather trunks came home to.day, a present from “Mon Marie.” I commenced getting ready for our jaunt. The childrens wardrobe, is the most troublesome part of my arrangement, they require such a profusion of clothing.
