Cold, and blustering.

I dressed and went up to order Mr. Hasbroucks dress cut out. Made a long visit to Deborah she was on the eve of starting for Washington -Boards at the Coopers. Bought some lace to make a cap for Julie. Walked to “fourteenth street”, after dinner to enquire after Larina, she was at Dr De Witts. I rode home, as it was dark, when I returned. The air damp, and chilly, probably snow near at hand. A barrel of Buckwheat flour, came home to day. 18 lbs cooking butter New Over coat for Louis Mrs Hubbell called to see me, but unfortunately I was out.
