Louis went out with “Uncle Doe” and bought some Toys. Two fine horses. “old st Clause,” and some wine glasses, and decanters for Julie. They made a fine noise all the morning, with their horses. Bridget broke Louis. The day passed over pleasantly enough, it was not so terribly cold as it had been.
