Mild, and wet ______.

I had my hair cleaned Bridget
officiated, it comes out very much.
Have been writeing up this journal which other affairs
obligued me to neglect. Making preparations for win-
ter getting the children equipped, and arrangeing their
under garments, occupy a great deal of my time.
At present, they are well supplied, and I hope
to have some leisure, for mental improvement.
Louis, and Julie, make great progress, and I see their
march is onward. The little monkeys, gather new ideas
daily, and frequently surprise me with their questions.
They have some knowledge of arithmetic, and can
add quite difficult sums.
A black velvet coat, came home for Julie,
not made as neatly as I could wish.
