Thursday. 4th April. /1851.
A fine day.
I employed myself in arranging the closet
in the third story; worked very hard.
Called on Mrs Swherin in the afternoon, found her well, but pale.
Spent an hour at mothers; Henry still in bed sick. I took him
some jelly and figs, cakes and cookies. Saw Mr. Rodgers from Prince.ton of the old school.
Catharine and Maria confined with their invalids.
I walked to Mrs. B’s and home in the morning. Almost fainted
with cramps in my foot.
